1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging BYOND ECOM for marketplace management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, whether on Bronze, Silver, or Gold scaling plans.
2. Scope of Services
BYOND ECOM provides account management, listing optimization, PPC advertising, and growth strategy for Amazon India, Flipkart, and Meesho. We act as consultants and managers; the ownership of the marketplace accounts remains with the client.
3. Payment & Billing
Fees for our Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans are billed in advance according to the specified duration (1 Month or 3 Months). Subscriptions are recurring unless cancelled 7 days prior to the billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable once the management cycle has commenced.
4. Performance Disclaimers
While we use elite growth strategies, marketplace outcomes depend on multiple external factors including platform algorithm changes, competitor actions, and market trends. We do not guarantee specific sales targets, though we strive for maximum ROI.
5. Limitation of Liability
BYOND ECOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from marketplace platform account suspensions, inventory losses, or changes in platform policies beyond our control.
